Hi Jenn, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have been a nurse since 2010 and in the Cosmetic and Beauty Industry since 2018. I quit my traditional nursing job in September of 2021 and opened Med Spa of Kingwood in October 2021. I’ve been doing what I love full time and cannot be more happy. I love to help my clients be intentional about self-care and enjoy treating internal deficiencies which in return helps people feel healthy and beautiful externally.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been easy. But I am blessed. I learned many years ago that if you look hard enough there is always a solution to the problems you may face. Stay on the course. Don’t get distracted and when you need a break, take one. The ability to delegate is key. It’s not good to wear too many hats. Find like-minded folks who have the same goals and work ethics and let them do what they love. Micromanaging adults has never been my forte. I’ve learned that the wrong people in the wrong position is a recipe for failure. Learned that one the hard way…

We are a one-stop “Wellness Spa” We have an IV Lounge and Shot Bar for all of your vitamin and hydration needs. We also offer Massage Therapy and all things Beauty. Facials, Peels, Laser Treatments and Injectables including Anti-Wrinkle Injections and Lip Filler.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Simply be a good person. Have good character even when no one is watching. Treat people with respect and expect the same.
