Today, we’d like to introduce you to Jermaine Humphrey. Jermaine was introduced to us by the brilliant and talented Marcus Williams.
Jermaine, can you walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I am a Director of Sales in the travel industry with years of successful experience in customer service, leadership, team building, training and development. I also have a diversified background with ownership, managing, investing, and partnering with several other successful business ventures in the past few decades.
I enjoy traveling the world and spending as most time as possible with my wife and two daughters. I have always been committed to giving back, something that was instilled in me at an early age from both my grandmother and mother. With all of qualities and experiences, I am honored to be a board member for a non for profit organization back home in Pittsburgh, PA.

So, as we mentioned to our audience earlier, you were introduced to us by Marcus Williams and Impressive Travels and we really admire them and what they’ve built. For folks who might not be as familiar, can you tell them a bit about your experience with Impressive Travels .
Marcus and I met while I was working for Funjet Vacations on a Hawaii FAM. A FAM is short for Familiarization trip. Travel agents go on these types of trips to learn first hand about the locations, airlines, hotels, tours, and experiences that they sell. We became fast friends and since 2019 I have watched Marcus grow his travel agency Impressive Travel to one of the top producing agencies. Not only in the Houston market but also across the country. I am proud to also witness Marcus winning several major accomplishments. Recently he was awarded United Vacations and Southwest Vacations agent of the year. He also finished 2022 as the 8th top producing agent for his host account. Over the past 3.5 years Marcus and I had an opportunity to work even closer in my new role with Playa Hotel and Resorts.
Marcus has a strong presence on social media and provides his clients with first had experience on a consistent basis. Marcus is always traveling around the world allowing the opportunity to further his education for him and his team. In the short time of me knowing Marcus I’ve also witnessed him building a strong team of agents for his agency and the expansion of his brand. I am honored to have the chance to express my excitement for Marcus and his future endeavors.
