Hi Jesse, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Growing up, family all have restaurants, mainly Mexican restaurants and I was always fascinated by the care and love they put into each meal that was made and also serving people as well. One day I decided I wanted to start my own business but do smash burgers and shakes, I’ve always personally liked burgers and shakes because of how simple but unique each burger can be. We will be turning 3 months of being open on May 5
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We’ve definitely had our ups and downs, just like any new business that’s starting, nobody knew who we were or even where we were at. But overtime with being consistent with being open everyday, using social media to push our food and also bring more exposure to the business, more and more people had found out about us and love us, we work with schools in the district regularly now and look to get a food truck soon!

We have a simple menu of burgers, fries, and shakes! Make it simple and easy for both customers and employees, we care about about quality over quantity. We’re known for our famous double clutch burger with the famous all star sauce that we make from scratch. When it comes to the ingredients that we use everyday, we only use the top quality, we don’t cut corners or get cheap products. I’m proud of the brand because I don’t only want people to know us as just a burger spot, but as the staple of Houston sports burgers and entertainment. We care about giving back to the community, and will sometimes do giveaways for free meals and love to share our delicious food!
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
If anything I would say TikTok or Instagram because that is where we can be up to date on latest trends to help us push our business out more to newer crowds
