Jha, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I come from a large family, my mother has eight children and as the oldest daughter, I learned early the importance of responsibility, discipline, and resilience. I entered the workforce at 16, working a range of jobs that, while modest, laid the foundation for my work ethic and problem-solving mindset.
In 2018, I reached a pivotal moment in my career and chose to take a calculated risk. With a laptop, self-taught skills, and a clear commitment to growth, I launched my business focused on digital strategy and online visibility for small businesses. What began as hands-on marketing support quickly evolved as I identified a larger gap: organizations needed not just execution, but education, systems, and strategic clarity.
As the digital landscape shifted, so did my work. Today, my focus centers on training, consulting, and organizational upskilling helping businesses, nonprofits, and institutions adopt modern technology and artificial intelligence in ways that are practical, ethical, and measurable. My approach has always emphasized sustainability: equipping teams with the knowledge and frameworks they need to operate independently and confidently.
Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to supporting organizations that are underserved or navigating growth with limited resources. I am proud to be recognized as a trusted advisor, trainer, and strategist one who bridges the gap between emerging technology and real-world implementation. My work is grounded in lived experience, continuous learning, and a belief that access to knowledge is one of the most powerful drivers of long-term success.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been a smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs, I navigated early uncertainty, limited access to capital, and the challenge of building credibility without inherited networks or institutional backing. I bootstrapped my business while continuously educating myself, learning through experience, trial, and refinement.
As the industry evolved, I also faced the challenge of knowing when to let go of work that no longer aligned with my long-term vision particularly as my focus shifted from execution-based services to higher-level training and consulting. Those transitions required difficult decisions, including turning down opportunities that did not reflect the true value of the work.
Each obstacle reinforced the importance of adaptability, discipline, and strategic focus. Rather than slowing my progress, these challenges sharpened my ability to lead, to set boundaries, and to build solutions that are sustainable not just for my business, but for the organizations I serve.

How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happy is having a good balance in my life. The gym is my reset it keeps me grounded and clears my head. My relationship, my dog Louie, and my nieces and nephews remind me to slow down and enjoy life outside of work. And honestly, my business makes me really happy because I get to build something meaningful and help people grow. All of it together keeps me motivated and feeling aligned.
