I grew up in the Caribbean surrounded by entrepreneurs who taught me—by example—what it meant to lead, build, and give back. I wasn’t the kid selling snacks at school, as much as I wanted to , I was Busy with ballet, swimming, tennis, service clubs, and other extracurricular activities; I was the one stepping up to speak, serve, organize, and lead. I “worked” in my parents’ business and treated it like it was mine, paying attention to every detail and thinking through how to improve the experience. That mindset of ownership and service stuck with me.
Before stepping into real estate, I worked across hospitality, tech, and corporate consulting—industries that sharpened my understanding of service, people, and long-term partnership. But it wasn’t until I entered real estate that everything truly aligned. I realized I wasn’t just helping people buy homes—I was helping them build lifestyles, legacies, and freedom on their own terms.
During the pandemic, I founded a nonprofit to meet critical needs in my community—food, wellness, education, housing—whatever people needed most. It was a reminder that I’m at my best when I’m creating solutions that serve others. That sense of purpose has always guided me.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Smooth? Not even close. But I’ve learned to see challenges as part of the assignment.
There were seasons where I felt like I was building the plane while flying it—balancing motherhood, business, growth, and real life all at once. The pandemic hit, and instead of slowing down, I launched a nonprofit to meet the most urgent needs in my community. It stretched me in ways I wasn’t expecting, but it also reminded me: when there’s a need, I show up.
There were moments in real estate where the “right path” wasn’t always clear—especially navigating luxury spaces, large commercial deals, and cross-border transactions without a blueprint. I had to learn fast, stay steady, and come to every table prepared. But I’ve always believed that obstacles don’t mean stop—they mean pay attention. And that mindset has carried me forward through the uncertain seasons.
I remember one meeting in particular—sitting at a boardroom table with developers and commercial investors. I was the only woman in the room, and the youngest by far. There were assumptions in the air before I even spoke. But once we began discussing market data, land use, deal structure, and community impact, something shifted. Not because I was trying to prove anything—but because I was prepared, clear, and deeply invested in the outcome. By the end of the meeting, I wasn’t just part of the conversation—I was helping lead it.
That experience stayed with me. It reminded me that real confidence isn’t loud or performative. It’s quiet clarity. It’s showing up with solutions, asking the right questions, and letting your preparation speak for itself.
Every challenge has refined how I lead and how I serve. How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happy is simple — but deeply felt. It’s the early morning stillness, when the world hasn’t quite woken up, and I can catch the sunrise before the day takes off.
It’s being near the beach, toes in the sand, heart wide open, reminded that peace isn’t found in the noise — it’s in the presence. It’s kneading dough for homemade bread or rolling out pizza dough with my daughter, music playing in the background, family around, laughter spilling over.
But it’s also in the quiet wins — the text from a client who finally found the home they’ve been praying for. The investor who found clarity in a deal. The family who didn’t think they’d ever own again — and now they do. That makes me deeply happy too.
Because to me, happiness is found in service. In alignment. In showing up for people at pivotal moments and helping them move forward — not just in real estate, but in life. My work is a reflection of what I value most: meaningful connection, intentional spaces, and creating something that lasts.
