Jimy, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
We started the business in January of 2005, the whole family was involve in building the business, with a lot of dedication and extreme hard work, we are where we are now!
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
We didn’t have enough experience how to run the restaurant, the tough part was to learn from our mistakes and I never regret that!
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Mary’z Mediterranean Cuisine story. Tell us more about the business.
We have to Mediterranean restaurants that we specialize to serve Lebanese food, authentic, the same what you get from back home in Lebanon, and the homemade cooking is what we are known for. So when people come here, we make them feel like home with a homemade cooking.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
