Today we’d like to introduce you to Josh Row.
Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
I have always been an illustrator and loved drawing for as far back as I can remember. I got in to skateboarding at a very young age and I was always fascinated by the graphics. This eventually lead me to design school where I learned all of the technical stuff behind all of those great board graphics. Now I do freelance design and paint murals wherever I can. Always trying to push forward.
Please tell us about your art.
I am mainly a digital graphic designer with a strong illustrated presence. I create a lot of designs for skateboard companies and clothing brands as well as work to be produced as a mural for various companies and businesses. I don’t really have a big underlining message other than, “Hey! You! yeah you! Look at this and enjoy it!” What I do allows other people as well as myself to enjoy life more.
Do you have any advice for other artists? Any lessons you wished you learned earlier?
Never stop creating. Don’t let the struggle for success get you down. Define your own success. Always do it your way.
How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
