Today we’d like to introduce you to Justina Bell
Hi Justina, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I come from an established real estate family with over 40 years of industry experience, so I’ve had a passion and knowledge for real estate since a young age. I started as a transaction coordinator for my family’s real estate company and eventually got into corporate commercial real estate and property management, where I honed my eye for detail and comprehension of contracts.
In 2013, I moved to the Houston Metropolitan Area, and after starting a family, my husband and I decided to reside in Katy. Having relocated four times before, I share this experience with many of my client’s moving to and from the Houston area, and my clients have come to rely on me for area and market expertise. I have a passion for helping others and delivering the highest level of service to all of my clients.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Real estate is a roller coaster. You’ll have some deals that go smoothly and other’s that throw all sorts of curve balls at you. At the end of the day, it’s how you handle each situation. As realtors, a big part of the job is to guide your clients in a way that prepares them and sets expectations so that they feel at ease during a process that has so many moving parts. Educating your clients and guiding them with their decision making can really impact how smooth things go during what is likely one of the largest financial and emotional decisions in their life. I really enjoy the business side of things, like the contracts and negotiating, but helping people buy and sell a home to get to that next chapter in their life is definitely the BEST part and makes all the hard work leading up to the closing table so worth it.

I am a real estate agent representing Buyers, Sellers, Renters and Investors with their real estate needs. I work all over the Houston and surrounding areas.
