Hi KARINA, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My name is Karina Baimuldina, and my journey is a story of courage, change, and the pursuit of a better life. Born in Kazakhstan, I always dreamed of new opportunities and personal growth. A few years ago, I moved to the United States to build a new life for myself and my children.
Like many immigrants, I faced a language barrier and the challenge of adapting to a new culture. However, that didn’t stop me—I began learning English, searching for opportunities to grow, and trying myself in different fields.
At some point, I realized that I wanted to work for myself and create something valuable for others. That’s how Cleaning Empire LLC was born—my own company offering professional cleaning services. Starting out wasn’t easy, but thanks to perseverance, discipline, and a desire to provide clients with the best service possible, the business began to grow.
Today, I not only manage my company but also continue to learn and develop. Studying English, gaining new skills, and working on self-improvement are the things that make me stronger every day.
My story is proof that change is possible if you’re not afraid to take action. I truly believe there are many exciting opportunities ahead, and I’m ready to make them a reality.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely wasn’t an easy path. Like many who are just starting out, I faced a lot of uncertainty, self-doubt, and trial and error. One of the biggest challenges was simply figuring out where to begin—there’s so much information out there, and not all of it is actually helpful. I also had to learn how to stay consistent, even when it felt like there was no progress.
Balancing personal life with the desire to build something meaningful from the ground up was especially difficult. There were moments when I wanted to give up—especially when things didn’t go according to plan. But over time, I learned to adapt, stay patient, and keep moving forward. Every challenge taught me something and helped me grow—not just professionally, but as a person too.

Cleaning Empire is a professional cleaning company based in Texas. Our mission is to make homes and workspaces truly clean and cozy.
