Katherine, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.

Ms. White is using her skills, passion, and experiences to fulfill her purpose of empowering others through every word that she speaks, publishes, and writes.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No. Not smooth at all, and the road still gets bumpy at times, but I am stronger than before I had the courage to get started. I have struggled with discouragement from others, short-lived moments of depression, and just pure lack of direction. Thankfully, I was able to find encouragement by filling my space with positive affirmations and constant prayer. I tapped into what works best for me. Life flowed so much better. That’s how I like life and business these days. In the flow.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
Sunny Smiles Publishing designed a unique model consisting of client-team concepts, creative cooperation, and low-cost options to meet publishing needs. Sunny Smiles Publishing encourages limitless creativity. We strive to meet publishing needs by offering professional suggestions without changing creative concepts. I am most proud of staying true to the vision. We’re available for our clients and transparent about every step along the way, which sets us apart from others.

What were you like growing up?
I was an inquisitive child. I have always been introspective and had a level of wisdom that was beyond whatever age I was. Perhaps, because I am the oldest sibling or was the only child for six years and was around adults more in those earlier years. Growing up, my silly/playful nature balanced out those serious traits. I loved and still love a good laugh out loud joke. My favorite thing to do is to make someone laugh or smile.
