Today we’d like to introduce you to Kelly Long.
The Doggie Express was created after the CEO, Kelly Long, became frustrated with buying dogs treats that contained several types of preservatives and/or didn’t contain or taste like the label indicated.
After many months of tasting all types of dog treats and working with different textures, we launched our menu that contains gluten-free, organic, dairy-free treats. We source our ingredients locally, make our own organic almond milk in-house, marinate and dehydrate our pasture-raised meats for jerky, and hand decorates all of our seasonal/occasion DEX treats. We are licensed by the state and vet approved.
Our staff includes pastry chefs and interns from the Culinary Institute Le Notre and the University of Houston Hilton College Hotel Restaurant and Management programs.
Our menu has changed dramatically over the last few years. We currently offer eight varieties (bacon, peanut butter bacon, peanut butter banana, carob chip, cranberry carrot almond, blueberry bacon, kitchen sink, and pumpkin) of crunch cookies, muffins, cupcakes, DEX season/occasion decorated cookies, jerky, cakes, and ice cream.
We offer same delivery if ordered before 11 am and next day delivery on other orders within the greater Houston area. If outside our delivery area, we ship.
