Today we’d like to introduce you to KreShai Patt.
Hi KreShai, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Hi. My name is KreShai Patt, I am the owner and Chef of KreShaisKitchen! I started my business in February of 2016. I started selling plates out of my mom’s home after I lost my job. And I never expected to go this far. It literally started as a way to make money and became the main source of income for me. But even better, it has become my career and I absolutely love it. I didn’t always cook for celebrities, I used to cook outside of clubs and one night I happen to be at the right place at the right time, I’ll say!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely have not been a smooth road, I have had so many nights where I wanted to quit and or just give up. The famous industry is a hard field because they really are tough, they are needy and very demanding and sometimes can make you feel like you aren’t good enough. I have also had days where I feel stuck because the bad part about having an image is it has to be maintained. So sometimes it gets hard and I don’t have no other job and or career. I’m in college as well but my desire to be there has deteriorated because my main focus is being successful in this field!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
In my opinion. I am an all-around entrepreneur, I have a catering company, I work on everyday. I plan events I host seminars to motivate other entrepreneurs. I can cook anything and everything, I am a self-taught chef and there is no limit to what I can do. I actually love when my customers request something new because it gives me a chance to explore my creative ability. Although I’m mostly known for my pasta. Pasta is what really put me on. It’s how I became popular and it’s one of my favorite things to cook.
I feel my drive automatically sets me apart from others because KreShaisKitchen has literally made me a workaholic. I do so much to push my business. I want my name in every Avenue. Mostly I’m extra proud of myself and how I have branded myself over the years. If you see me, you will see my business name. I have done photoshoots, & my website is up and running. And I have so much more in store. I’m hosting my first big event June 4th it’s a Gala. I hope to see everyone there! My services are catering, cooking lessons, business consulting, event planning, Entrepreneur advising, and much more.
