Our journey as a company began on April 8th, 2015. After years working as a PR Intern for various companies in Houston, I stepped out on faith to launch FIPRM. FIPRM is a full-service Public Relations and Marketing Firm. We specialize in Business Development. The mission of the company is to enhance and maintain the clients’ reputation, build rapport with media, gain public acceptance and understanding to grant exposure and garner interests.
With years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing and Event coordination, Kre’Tonia Morgan has successfully coordinated events in every arena of entertainment including: Sports (super bowl XLV in Dallas) Music (coordinated and organized over 50 music events, Fashion (handled press and media marketing and advertising for several fashion shows in Houston Small Businesses (marketing, branding, image creation and enhancement, advertising account holder.)
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Struggles are inevitable in any business. It takes 2-3 years to turn a profit and position yourself to grow in the areas that matter the most. We struggled to set ourselves apart from our competitors, and with a limited budget for advertising, we relied heavily on word of mouth to spread about us.
