Kristena, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My passion grew with me as a child. I was about four years old when I started helping out in the kitchen. Shortly after around 5/6 years old, I started making cakes, homemade rice, and tortillas from scratch. My heart has always been set on being a Chef! I’ve always had the drive and the ambition to pursue a career in food/pastries! I started taking cooking classes in the 7th grade, I was 12 years old! My love for cooking has never left me. It’s really an escape from everything! It makes me feel good when I create! When I receive feedback from my customers, it gives me reassurance that I’m doing what I am supposed to! I stand behind my products 100% I believe that I have what it takes to make it all the way to the top and soon I will!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
When I first started my business, it was tricky trying to establish a good price. I had to consider what it cost to make, how hard I would work on each product, the time it took, and the fact that I only use the best when creating!

I’ve come to the realization that my cheesecakes are my top sellers! To those who have had them, I have only received good feedback. What sets my cheesecakes apart from most is the creaminess and how rich in flavor each and every filling I make is. I make everything from scratch. My fillings are made from fresh fruit and my cheesecake batter from the best products! Every order is made fresh to ensure deliciousness!

I work on everything single-handedly. However, I’d like to give credit to all of my consistent and loyal customers and to those who give me feedback. I feel that without feedback from supporters then I would have never known how amazing my products truly are!
