Hi Laura, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I am the owner and esthetician of Oracle Aesthetics Alternative Med Spa, which I founded in 2022 in Rosenberg, TX. I began my journey in the beauty and wellness industry in 2015 after completing my education in esthetics. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to working for myself, blending medical-grade treatments with holistic care to help clients achieve their beauty goals. My practice focuses on cutting-edge solutions like telemedicine weight loss services and advanced skincare treatments. Currently, I’m pursuing nursing school to further elevate the quality of care I provide, while continuing to grow my business and passion for aesthetics.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road to building Oracle Aesthetics has been anything but easy. I’ve been a single mom since day one, after losing my son’s father in 2013, before he was born. That experience shaped my resilience and determination. I started my business not only to pursue my passion for aesthetics but also to create a better life for my kids—one filled with opportunities I didn’t have growing up.
Opening Oracle Aesthetics was a leap of faith, but it’s been worth every challenge. From balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship to navigating the complexities of growing a business, each step has been driven by the desire to provide for my family while making a meaningful impact on my clients’ lives. It’s been a journey of grit, heart, and purpose.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My work focuses on blending medical-grade treatments with holistic care to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. I specialize in advanced skincare treatments, laser hair removal, and telemedicine weight loss services, as well as offering innovative solutions like our Rose Glass Skin Facial.
What I’m most proud of is the impact I’ve been able to make—not just in transforming my clients’ skin and confidence but also in creating a space where beauty and wellness intersect in a meaningful way. Being a single mom and building this business from the ground up has been a labor of love, and knowing that I’m creating a better future for my kids while helping others feel their best is incredibly fulfilling.
