Today we’d like to introduce you to Dolly T.
Dolly, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Hello! I’m originally from Chile with Colombian roots. I moved to the US back in 2003 to pursue my career in the entertainment biz as a professional dancer, since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work in numerous dance tours such as with Ringling Bros and The Latin Billboard among other great TV shows and show productions in Los Angeles, CA.
After more than ten years in the entertainment industry, I decided to change careers to pursue my other passion in the Event Planning industry as a certified Event Planner. Since 2012 I’ve worked in different areas in event planning such as concerts, soccer games, and private events all over the country.
A little over two years ago, I got the opportunity to move to Houston, packed all my stuff and moved without knowing one single person. Almost three years later, I’ve made some great friends and I’m working on establishing my event planning business in this wonderful city.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Yes and no, I think everything is hard in the beginning, especially when you are in a new country or new city, but I’ve so blessed since day one and I truly love what I do. Everything is a learning process.
LeMask Events – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
In LeMask Events, we mainly focused on Candy tables. Our tables are a fun and beautiful addition to any special event or party. Specializing in creating custom candy tables to match any color or theme. Our candy tables can be made for as few as 50 people or up to 500.
We also provide you services like day-of coordinator, full planning, partial planning and much more.
We are very proud of offering alternative candy, our candy is gluten-free, lactose-free, and no high fructose corn syrup & Tambien Hablamos Espanol! 🙂
We also offer Pawties for pets all over the city, I think they deserve being celebrate also.
