Today we’d like to introduce you to Lilibeth Azua
Hi Lilibeth, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my makeup journey in 2016 but didn’t start taking it serious until 2022 I decided to take a leap of faith and jump into lashing and brows back in March of this year (2024) it has took me some time to really take off as I am a mom of 3 amazing kiddos also a wife but I finally decided to take it serious and pour my all into the beauty industry. I do plan to expand pretty soon as well as I am an entrepreneur, I also carry two other small businesses under my belt. I’m very ambitious! But I do it all for my kids and the love I have for what I do and making others feel beautiful and happy with what I have to offer with my businesses.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’ve struggled in the aspect of becoming a mother twice within those years. They were minor setbacks for major comebacks for sure though!
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I do eyelash extensions, makeup and eyebrows. I am known for my makeup but I am currently trying to specialize more in my eyelashes. I’m most proud of both of those. I am trying to practice more on the eyebrows as well but taking everything slowly. What sets me apart from others is that I really try to be myself and build bonds with my clients. Get them comfortable and happy to come back and stick around to watch me prosper as well. Some have stuck by me since the beginning and still are around even as just friends.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Don’t give up! It definitely gets hard but if you want it, GO GET IT! As a wife and mother of 3, I can do it then you can too! I wish I would’ve never given up in the beginning even while pregnant because they do set you back a lot. Keep learning and pushing and just never give up!
