Linda, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started off as an IT specialist, but then, I decided to follow my passion of designer surfaces and customer service and opened Designer Floors of Houston with a vision to create a showroom that caters to all surface material needs. With a goal to provide our clients with immaculate service along with an extensive array of unique materials, we opened our showroom over ten years ago on Richmond. Servicing both retail and designers never-before-seen customizable products that complement any design needs we established ourselves as a leading flooring company with a reputation for both reliability and integrity. Evolving from retail establishment we expanded and opened a showroom at the Decorative Center Houston.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It is a wild ride, constantly trying to stay ahead of the curve and always inspire our A&D clientele. Our goal is to always have the latest and greatest materials to take any project to the next level.
