Hi Lorena, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Growing up, I was always curious, I wanted to try as many things as possible till I could find what I enjoy doing. After I graduated from high school I got to college to study Interior Design, after a year I realized I didn’t want to pursue that career even though till now, decorating spaces is something I love to do. Modeling then when I was 16 years old was one thing I took interest in. As a model I was always around makeup artists, hair stylists, and fashion designers, people in this beauty industry ultimately made me fall in love with it. It was a few years later when I moved to the U.S that I got the idea of owning a Medical Spa in the near future. I then decided to go to Esthetics school to get a degree. After finishing school I worked at a couple of Spas to get experience while simultaneously was attending classes and getting certifications in other treatments. A few months later I was starting my own business, offering anti-aging and beauty treatments for women and men.
They say that “If you do what you love, you’ll never have to work a day in your life” and that’s exactly what I think. I can feel the energy and excitement of clients coming in for a treatment and I can feed off that energy to deliver amazing results. I am passionate to help maintain the personal appearance of my clients and making them feel good about themselves.

It’s never a smooth road starting a business. There are many obstacles and struggles along the way. Like marketing, growing your client base organically. On the bright side, we learn from these struggles. That’s how every entrepreneur becomes successful.
