Nicole, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Urban Air Humble opened in 2016. When we started we never dreamed we would be as popular as we are. It has been a extremely rewarding journey with many learning points along the way. We have now been over for over a year and a half and could not be more grateful for the amazing customer support we have received.
Has it been a smooth road?
Learning how to operate a successful park has not been the smoothest road. As any new business would, we have hit many bumps along the way. One of the biggest struggles was getting the correct management team and staff. Once we found the right fit for us the rest fell into place.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Urban Air Trampoline Park – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Urban Air is a Customer Service and Marketing Company selling access to safe, fun, affordable adventure attractions that create lasting memories for families. We are not just a Trampoline Park.

What I love best about this city is the diversity. We see so many different cultures within the park.
