Today we’d like to introduce you to Philip Morgan.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Philip. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started DJing for the company in 2011 and worked my way to managing the DJ portion of the company and was lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to Purchase That portion of the company and the rest is history! The opportunity was an incredible leap, but I needed this for my family, it’s been an incredible blessing.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The transition was pretty smooth especially being able to bring Darrell and Kyle two of the best salesman and DJs in the Houston area with me for the ride. As far as struggles, it’s insane going from an employee to an owner at 28 years old, but I’m lucky enough to have people in this industry that have mentored me and become some of my best friends along the way.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with DJU Entertainment – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We offer DJs Photobooths lighting live music and more! We are extremely dedicated to giving our customers an incredible experience at each event. I am most proud of my team, all of my DJs and my sales team for making over 500 events a year a success.
