Today we’d like to introduce you to Ralph Ramon.
Ralph, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started in door to door sales for AT&T in 2009. No experience and just graduating high school, I quickly learned that I had a talent for generating sales. I worked my way up the ranks through various companies, I finally acquired my own contracts directly with AT&T in 2015 and started my business. Since then, we have grown throughout Texas and started becoming a top dealer in the D2D industry.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We have come across many challenges including scaling, accounting, duplicating our systems and opening other offices. Every level of scale requires a new set of uncomfortable challenges and this is the only way to truly grow is by pushing our limits.
Winners Network – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We specialize in training new hires with no experience how to generate an income level they never have before through our training and products. We have a sales system that we follow which has been proven for success over and over. We are known for having some of the hardest working leaders, honest and integrity culture, and a never give up attitude. We’ve been known for outlasting the competition and relentlessly working our way to the top no matter how bumpy the road might get.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment of my career is taking a few people that started with the company coming from struggling situations to making a six-figure income in a matter of a couple of years. That is the power of uncapped commissions and the success stories of entrepreneur mindsets.
