I’ve always had a knack for technology, something about the persistent puzzles and ever-changing nature is intoxicating. I was an intern during high school, learning as much as I possibly could. Starting senior year, I enrolled in college courses full-time. Building proficiency in many different technologies including website development and server administration. In addition to my diploma, I was given the Minnesota special congressional award.
Shortly after, I started marketing for a mobile application development startup. Consistently delivering a clear and concise digital marketing campaign which resulted in a considerable increase in user interaction.
I’ve always wanted to start a company. I was looking for something that would give me the ability to utilize my experience and love for technology. Thus LineLogic was born!
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The biggest obstacle for me was time management. I needed to efficiently juggle many tasks at one time. Filling so many different roles can be challenging at first. Surrounding yourself with a wonderful group of people with various skills has helped me overcome that.
Creative agencies generally struggle with the constant change of digital standards. Luckily, I was able to surround myself with technology at a very young age. Giving me the ability easily to adapt my practices to align with digital standards.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the LineLogic story. Tell us more about the business.
LineLogic is the best Houston area creative agency. We’re a group of like-minded individuals in the pursuit of digital perfection. We started off building beautifully responsive websites. Naturally, we needed a place to host those sites. We were frustrated with the ridiculous cost of traditional cloud hosting providers and immediately started managing our own cloud servers. As of writing this article, we’re 250 days since our first server went into production; since then, we haven’t experienced a single outage.
As the business grew we made more and more connections. Now, we have a solid network of people all around the world with various skills all working to deliver the best possible results for your company.
