Sandy, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Coming here in the United States at the age of 19, leaving my family behind in my country was the hardest decision of my life. being so young at the time, it took me a while to figure out what’s going on in my life, and later I realized that to survive in the states, you need to work hard and believe in yourself. I was always wanted to do something good for other people since my early age. And I somehow always knew that I could do something in the field of beauty. But I always scared to start something on my own. So, I work at brow salon for a long time, I gained a lot of experience and I made myself better in this field and I got the confidence that I can open my own business in this field as it was something I had always loved doing.
Has it been a smooth road?
“Nothing worthwhile in life is ever easy and nothing easy in ever worthwhile” I had struggled, and I have been pushing myself to go beyond my limit since the beginning. In my initial days before thinking about building my own business, I went to college to get a degree in Nursing, but because of no financial support, I could only afford going two semesters. After that, I save up some money. I work on Amazon for hours. Thought my pay cheque was abundant, it was never enough for me as I was not able to afford necessary things and save some money. All these struggles and hardships made me stronger. And I am thankful for my struggle because without it, I wouldn’t have stumbled across my strength. I am proud of what I am today, but it was definitely not easy.

We always give our best to satisfy our customers and make them happy with our services. Out of all the services we provide, threading is the popular one. Me and my employee I use mouth method of threading to thread the eyebrows of our customers. We recommend them to thread instead of waxing as there is no control while waxing. Also, I want to provide my customers with good services with excellent products. This is the reason I ways to get good products for waxing. And whenever I get a chance, I get natural ayurvedic products by traveling to my home country Nepal. For me, customer satisfaction is foremost. So, I treat all of my customers as my friend and as my family. Because of them, I am where I am today and I am able to take my business to this level. I thank my customer and I appreciate them.
