Meet Scott Talley of Network In Action Franchise

Today we’d like to introduce you to Scott Talley.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Scott. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
In 2015, I owned a marketing company when my wife got her real estate license. I suggested she go and find a networking group that met regularly that was full of business owners and decision makers. After much research we found those groups did not exists! Business owners had the option of joining weekly networking groups run by volunteers that typically were full of sales people, marketing people and multi-level marketers. That was not necessarily a group we wanted to network with.

After a bit of research, we created a monthly networking group run by a professional that met monthly, which would allow serious business owners an opportunity to rejoin networking. Most had vacated the space due to weekly time commitments and poorly run meetings.

We decided to franchise the model and today Network in Action is one of the fastest growing franchises in North America with over 60 franchises in 17 States from California to S. Carolina and Manhattan to Texas!

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Entrepreneurship is never easy and Network in Action is no different, there are 4300 franchise brands in North America and only about 16,000 new franchise annually. So, it is difficult for an emerging brand to stand out. If you do the math on that the average franchise only grows by 4 a year. We have been experiencing 100% growth for three straight years.

Obviously most recently the pandemic has taken its toll on many industries we are very fortunate that our franchise owners went to work making sure all of our business owners knew how and why to get the government funds being offered. During this time, we have re positioned ourselves as business consultants who not only connect our members with great growth opportunities but we are there in so many other ways as well.

At the end of the day business always need to adjust and adapt to thrive the pandemic just made us do it faster!

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Network In Action Franchise – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Ii am most proud of the fact that today every 9 days somewhere in America a community service project is being led by one of our franchise owners. when a franchise is awarded a franchise, owner agrees in their 10th month to lead a project to give back to their community.

Our core business is helping business owners ” Create relationships that last a lifetime.” We led monthly business meetings with one person per industry. The franchise owner chooses the members in the group and leads them on this journey. It is very rewarding to run a business where your customers become your best friends!

Monthly networking, meetings run by professionals with great technology and a guarantee for every customer of a ROI that far and away out paces their investment.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We plan on continuing to double in size for the next 5 years and have set our site on International expansion first in Canada, Mexico and then Europe and India.
