Serenity, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
First and foremost thank you so much for this opportunity. I was totally surprised when I received the email. I am so busy with serving that this was the last thing on my mind that I would receive. However I am very aware that God is working on my behalf while I am serving as a resource for others, so I am humbly greatly…..
Allow me to take you on a journey…..
I began Entrepreneurship when I was around 19 years old doing “Door to Door” Marketing for a Perfume company. Even then my mind was as big as it is now because instead of staying in Houston, I travel all over the US because I knew my network would increase my network. Well not in those words per say but I knew if I expanded my territory the more money I could make. I also worked Corporate America with Bank of America yet I knew that having multiple streams of income would be important. Being raised by a single parent taught me a lot when it comes to taking care of a family and how to prepare for it. Granted my mother was amazing at doing a great job with me, without the notice of my father not being present and active in my life. It is because of her that I decided over 9 years ago to take my life a bit more seriously. I fired my boss, hired myself and pursued my passion which is teaching others about business building, establishing a brand for your legacy and consistently bringing in income in many ways to build generational wealth. Along my journey all I did was simply consulted God about it, allowed my church to pray over me for it, connected myself with the resources to educate and earn credentials to be a business owner. I told the world via social media (daily through my process) as I was growing and building it and connected with those that believed in me or needed what I knew would help them or me. And the rest is history, I woke up one day and realized that I finally had the time freedom I desired to have the income I desired. I just had to learn that it comes from helping others by serving purpose. That you MUST pray and trust the process!
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Absolutely NOT! LOL! It has been a challenging one to say the least. There are days when you want to go back and get a job but then you ask yourself why? That would be too easy to just settle. There are obstacles you will face no matter what you choose as your path. However, it’s the lessons you learn along the way to think, act and grow smarter and wealthier. The biggest struggle I had to face while building my brand was continuing on after my mother passed almost four years ago. Considering she is my WHY as to why I am doing what I do. I was struggling with getting out of bed daily, talking to people to even sell my business or even connecting and meeting people face to face because I was so disconnected. So, I learned what they call “attraction marketing” and it helped me drive traffic to my Business without the hassle of even speaking to someone. While my word of mouth side of the business was expanding in numbers. That gave me the push I needed to really get back on course. As my mother would have wanted me to do. So even though she is not here physically today. I feel her within my spirit every step of the way. Now the struggles are simply looked at as “Obstacles or Challenges” and I defeat them one at a time. Knowing she is cheering me on!

My Business is EOM Consulting Services which focuses on Social Media Branding, Marketing and Management – Consulting & Coaching services. I help new and or struggling Business owners build or rebuild their business properly, brand or rebrand and then generate sales consistently for growth and expansion. I am known for this because I live and breathe it in every stream of income I have, especially when I build in MLM (Multi-Level Marketing). When it comes to building a business strategy and a good Business plan is most important. I specialize in turning purpose into profits. And what I am most proud of is I started this Business, which is my very first business during the most difficult time of my life and I prevailed. What sets me apart is my “customer experience” I provide open lines of comprehensive communication to keep the customers and clients feeling safe. I pride myself on honesty and trust. It’s the glue to having clients and customers do repeat business with you as an entrepreneur.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I’m actually glad this is a question and I am finally able to embark on my health & wellness Business journey. Well I started May 1st. Over 7 years ago I received my State license as a Physical massage therapist helping those with chronic injuries and illnesses. I fell in love with the body and how it can be taken care of and or heal in a sense through muscle tissue manipulation. During that time, I was really deep into health and what I placed inside my temple. Working out and making sure I was doing all that I could to live a healthy lifestyle. I even created a FB Health group called “Healthy Choices” and mentored over 1,000 people. Which by the way changed a few people’s lives physically and mentally. My mother learned 14 years before she passed that she had diabetes and I vowed to myself that it wouldn’t be me and that I would help her and as many people as I could along the way. It was always a plan of mine to provide products to my clients that will help aid them in their health journey as they were coming to me to maintain their body. Of course, doing this all by myself as you can hear, I needed to make the income to build this dream. So I pursued Entrepreneurship heavily and learned & earned all that I could to position me where I am today. I also learned that the key to a longer life is “body maintenance”. I have officially found a company that I will be using and representing myself as a Brand Ambassador of – Product of the Product. Which is the first step to focusing on my own Brick & Mortar location for ‘Snatched Me Fitness” Healing the Mind, Body and Spirit – Stay tuned!
