Even though I have always been passionate about the beauty industry, I never thought I would be able to own a small business in it. I worked as a Counter manager for a brand known as Clinique several years ago, and this position immediately convinced me that this field was my calling.
When the pandemic happened, I was forced to resign from my sales job. I decided that it was best for me to take a break from the sales industry to focus on my health and family. The pandemic gave me an opportunity to take things slow and reflect on what matters most in life. This allowed me to spend more time with my family and friends. It also allowed me to complete my college degree and gain my license to work in the med spa/laser industry.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
