Today we’d like to introduce you to Shanae Hall.
Shanae, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My passion for real estate started about 15 years ago after my mother lost her job and our home due to foreclosure. Devastated at the time, that’s what sparked a major flame in me to know more and educate myself about real estate. I started taking real estate courses about ten years ago, knowing that this was a passion of mines but always found a way to get discouraged and not complete my classes. Discouraged because of other’s opinions, “Real Estate is hard,” “Why you want to go to real estate school?” The opinions of others discourage me from following my dreams. I’ve heard people say, “Get you a real job, real estate, not a real job,” and that’s exactly what I did.
I worked at a job for 13 years and was completely unhappy and knew I wasn’t being true to myself. Everyday while working at this job, I would think about real estate. I looked at beautiful homes and watched the people that I admire in the real estate business and think, “I know if they can do it, I can.” Fear was holding me back from following my dreams! After reading books like “You Were Born Rich” and “Rich Dad, Poor Dad,” I decided to finally quit my job and follow my dreams to be a Real Estate Professional. I don’t regret it one bit! Best decision I’ve ever made! 🙂 I absolutely love helping people find their dream home! Being able to relieve the home buying stress for my clients is my ultimate goal! 🙂
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The struggles I deal with is transitioning from a consistent job to becoming an entrepreneur overnight. Working for yourself takes discipline and dedication.

I’m a Real Estate Professional. I help with basically any and everything real estate. I mostly help with first time home buyers, sellers, renters and investors. My Hustle & Heart sets me apart. 😉
