

Today we’d like to introduce you to Shara Kelly.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I developed an interest in real estate at an early age due to growing up in a family where real estate was often purchased, renovated and sold… better known as flipping and it’s always been something that I’ve had an interest in. In 2006, I took a job at a local mortgage broker as a loan processor assistant. Here I was able to see the ins and outs of obtaining residential mortgage loans. It was here that I was able to realize that I loved working with people and helping people reach their goals. I decided to pursue a career in real estate and it has been one of the best choices that I’ve ever made. I not only enjoy what I do but it’s truly a passion.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
By no means, has it been a smooth road? When the market crashed I was forced to go back into the workforce and was ultimately unhappy because real estate was and still is my passion. I decided to go back to real estate and never look back.

Our company, House and Level Group at Clayton Nash Real Estate, specializes in residential, luxury estates and condos. We are known for our out of the box marketing strategies and techniques as well as 5 star customer service; let’ face it, a real estate transaction for most people is the largest financial transaction that they’ll ever make and being a client you want to know that you can pick up the phone and call your agent and have your questions answered, not only that but you want someone to stay in touch with you and keep you informed about what’s going on and that’s why our clients refer us to their friends and family.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
I truly feel like GENUINELY caring about people and LISTENING to what their needs are has been key. It’s never about ME. I place my client’s needs above anything else because at the end of the day, this is their property and I’m doing a service for them.
