Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Andrews.
Hi Stephanie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Steve and I dated a little bit in our twenties and met back up in our 50’s. Soon after, we put our lives together and decided to open 32 Below, Inc. I needed a new career and he wanted his own HVAC business very much. We will start our 7th year in January.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been a smooth road! This line of work is very unpredictable. A lot of things we run into are new laws and rules. And then, of course, there is the weather. It’s hard to not be in control.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We are a full service a/c and heating corporation. We service, maintain, install, and replace any/all parts of your hvac system. We specialize in residential work, but we also have many commercial clients. I am pretty sure we are best known for Steve. He is extremely knowledgeable and extremely kind. I’m really proud of the man he is. Nothing makes him happier than to solve a problem for someone. Working here, he gets to solve problems every day. And, I think Steve and his work ethic ultimately is what sets us apart from our competition.

What I like most about Houston is the FOOD! The traffic gets old pretty quick.
