While working in the financial sector, I embarked on a parallel journey. Together with my brother, we founded UltraPoi right in the confines of his home garage. Our evenings and weekends were dedicated to the exciting task of prototyping innovative products. These early days were marked by dedication and tireless effort. As UltraPoi began to take shape and gain momentum, the day came when I could leave the world of finance behind and wholeheartedly focus on our burgeoning brand. This pivotal transition allowed us to scale our business rapidly, setting the stage for the vibrant enterprise that UltraPoi is today.

Navigating the global landscape of toy manufacturing, UltraPoi faced a multitude of challenges on our quest for the ideal overseas manufacturing facility. The foremost challenge lay in identifying a partner who not only aligned with our vision for sustainability and quality but also possessed the capacity to meet our growing demands. Mass production, while essential for meeting customer needs, presented another hurdle. Ensuring flawless production at scale without compromising on quality demanded meticulous planning and stringent quality control measures. Moreover, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic threw an unexpected curveball into our supply chain. Moving through disruptions, including shipping delays and fluctuating material costs, tested our adaptability and resilience. Despite these formidable challenges, UltraPoi remained committed to our mission, surmounting obstacles to deliver innovative toys to our valued customers.
