Today we’d like to introduce you to Susan Nguyen.

Susan, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I fell in love with lash extensions almost 5 years ago. Getting my lash service every 2 weeks was my getaway from the everyday and time to relax. The studio I was going to did not provide the ambiance I was looking for. But, I continued to get my lashes done at this studio because my stylist was great. Over time, I noticed my natural lashes were getting sparse and damaged so I did some research and learned the lash extensions was too heavy for my natural lashes. This caused damage to my natural lashes. I decided I wanted to create a place where there was a nice ambiance and you can get beautiful lashes without compromising the health of your natural lashes.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
With all new start-up companies, I encountered challenges along the way. But, it has been a smooth ride a majority of the time. In the beginning, there was the hard work we all have to put in to build our clientele. I am always looking for new ways to create the best customer experience for each and every client.
