Meet Tabitha Lima

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tabitha Lima.

Chef Tabitha was born in California and has lived most of her life in Houston, Texas. Her passion in the kitchen began at a very early age and she has worked in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. As an entrepreneur in the Real Estate world, I knew that I would have the opportunity to go back to school, getting a degree gets expensive. Wanting to learn more about every step in the culinary world, I attended The Art of Institute of Houston, where I received my degree. Chef Tabitha takes a natural approach to cooking using fresh ingredients to bring out delicious flavors in every plate. Her specialty is Italian cuisine!

Has it been a smooth road?
As an entrepreneur I refuse to give up, I choose to keep working hard to achieve my goals by having milestones. Being persistence will get me closer to where I want to be. When you have passion and determination of what you love to do, it makes everything worth the struggle.

Chef Tabitha has been recognized at multiple culinary competitions, including the competition of the Houston World Culinary Exchange and winning 3rd Place at The Houston Rodeo’s Wine Best Bites competition in 2019. Chef Tabitha is ready to bring her love and passion for curated, haute cuisine to your home to create a memorable meal and special event. By customizing each menu with the finest, seasonally- inspired ingredients she will execute your vision to make your event haute! Making homemade pastas, pizza’s, cannolis, tiramisu and is flexible to make anything that the client requests.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Keeping my custom menus with the newest fresh dishes. Keeping every detail haute from my dishes to my design in every event. Keeping every customer amazed and for them to have a memorable event that they will be ready for the next event. I will keep my customers amazed and excited for what’s coming.
