I started Lavish Product in 2016. The idea for Lavish products came about after I purchased some hair bundle extensions that I later noticed smelled like corn chips! When the extensions got wet, they smelled worse! I tried all the crazy hacks on YouTube: which didn’t work. Being a licensed cosmetologist for 18 years and a salon owner for six years now, I felt it was my journey to figuring out a solution to this issue. My goal was to remove that bad odor from my expensive bundles while keeping the softness of the extension and stay to use on my natural hair. I partnered with a lab in Dallas, Texas and Lavish Products were born! Developing my first product, the 2-N-1 Cleanser & Moisturizer, enriched with amazing moisturizing ingredients that will not strip the hair color, keep the softness, don’t destroy the curl pattern and removes those toxic smells! We then created the Sweetest Crush Lavish Hair Freshener, designed exclusively for stricken odor strands. Don’t feel like shampooing your extensions. This is must-have on hand. A few sprays and the odor is gone! We like to say this is your Febreze for the hair. We then extended the product line with our adjustable wig bands and wig lace melt tint. In 2018 I landed a partnership with one of the largest beauty distributors in the world “Jinny Beauty”. You can now find Lavish products in beauty supply stores all over!
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Like all good things, the road is never smooth! Some of my struggles were finding the right chemist to understand my vision, making sure what was being produced was made with good quality ingredients, finding my target market, and ultimately just getting it into the hands of people.

Lavish Products are formulated exclusively for hair extensions. Our ingredients include a special technology that is gentle on any texture of hair. Lavish was created because there were no products on the market that would remove that toxic smell many extensions have. NO more of that corn chip, toxic, chemically processed smell. After extensive amounts of testing and research, we have found the Solution!
