So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Selling Salvage Easy-Fix cars. A lot of Houstonians love to rebuild accident cars, and that how I came with the idea.
Opened in 1997 and still going. Sold about 5000 cars since then. Same location, phone and ownership. We now also offer car rental. I’m also an Author/Poet. I have 2 books published (A Journey Around The Arab-Spring Revolutions, 2014 & The Chronicles of the Syrian Revolution, 2017). I’m now working on 2 more to be published before the end of 2018.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
With the car business, just like any other one, I always had ups and downs. Every time we had closed doors, we had to open new ones. With being an author, I took my books to more than 10 signing events and book fairs. Writing is my hubby and passion.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Working hard, maintaining consistency, treat customers the way you like to be treated, and provide the right inventory for the right buyer. My criteria is helping the buyer locating the needed parts and hooking him with an affordable body shop
