Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Jackson.
Tiffany, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Hello my name is Tiffany Jackson the owner of Tiffany Body Beauty. I fell in love with natural skincare since the age of sixteen. It is funny to me because I was that child who always had scrapes and bruises due to sports and recreational activities. My mom had a saying that goes a little like this “When you wash your body wash it well, but when you wash your face don’t forget about your NECK!” Lol My mom drilled that statement into my sisters and I. And I live by that motto when it comes to skincare. Because from your face to your feet skincare suppose to flow like water.
I can remember at the age of sixteen when I stumble across an article stating the benefits of milk when used as a facial cleanser. I was shocked! Yet curious to try. However, it was a must-do in my book. The next day I tried the facial milk cleanser and fell in love with how my skin felt. This was something created right out of my home! So I said to my self “if my face can feel like this how would my body feel.” Well, sadly I enjoyed a body milk bath once because my mom found out I was the cause of us not having milk when it was needed. I think that’s when the spark of natural care creativity was birth. Creating natural care for my skin by using ingredients that were in my home became fascinating to me.
My oldest sister loves body scrubs. She loves them so much that she would use them almost every day. So because she bragged about how her body scrubs made her body feel I use to” low key “borrow her body scrub when I took my shower lol. I love the fact that my body felt smooth and clean after using her body scrub. So there I go again thinking and being curious to see If I could create my own body scrub. After doing some research, I stumbled across several recipes on how to create sugar body scrubs and love every experiment and results.
To fast forward into my adult life because I love skincare so much I am always willing to try new and exciting yet cruelty-free products for my skin. So I asked a close friend what she uses on her skin? She stated some wonderful techniques but when she said, “Tiff you can make your own that will work just as well yet better because you are using natural ingredients”. I said to myself wait a minute I am doing that now! I went home and did extensive research and implemented more ingredients as an enhancement to my skincare.
One day after church a young member of my church said to me, “What do you do to your skin?” I replied, “I take a bath.” She replied, “no!! how do you make your skin glow?” I replied oh I have a skincare routine that I use consistently every day.” I share with her some of my routines and techniques of using sugar scrubs and gave her some to take home not knowing she would share with others what she learned and due to word of mouth A Glass Of Beauty was created Sept 2019. Wow… I didn’t know what I did as a skincare routine would turn into a business that I am passionate about. A Glass Of Beauty was the name of my business at the time. Until a mentor of mine said to me, “You have a beautiful name stop hiding behind A Glass and show the beauty of your name.” What my mentor didn’t know, I was scared of not succeeding so I chose to hide behind a name based on the what-ifs in my life. What if I didn’t succeed in this industry. When I sit back and observed the reoccurring customers from family members, friends, ladies, and gentlemen in my church, new and reoccurring customers that I’ve never had the chance to personally greet, but have become a reoccurring customer just by searching the internet for natural skincare.
All of those components have built a level of strong confidence within me. I uttered to myself “I have to be doing something right if I keep getting new customers along with reoccurring customers.” So that pushes me to say, if
I am going to stand firm with confidence, I will stand firm using my name. So February 2020 Tiffany Body Beauty was created. God has been so good to Tiffany Body Beauty, I am amazed of the things that God has done for me. This is only the begining!!! I appreciate every “push” from my husband, my family, and friends.
I went from creating sugars body scrubs to making natural soaps, moisturizing oils, body butter, bath milk soaks, facial masks, and beard oils. I want to build a brand where I am more than just sugar body scrubs baby lol! Where I am today is a place where I thought I will never be and that is having a business that allows me to create handmade beauty skincare that I can share to the world.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Oh no! it has not been smooth. Life isn’t smooth PERIOD! When you have goals you have struggles. Some struggles I have at times, I find myself having a creative block. I have days where I find it hard to create. When I can’t create I become frustrated with myself. The struggle I have is learning that I cant do everything in one day.

My business specializes in natural handmade skincare. Everything under Tiffany Body Beauty is made by hand. Tiffany Body Beauty is known for using natural ingredients that leave your skin feeling clean, smooth, and smelling tasteful lol. Tiffany Body Beauty is also known for it’s the smell of each product. Let me give you an example of one of my number one sellers. Lemon Drop is one of my number one sellers of my sugar body scrubs. Lemon Drop gives you a candy-like lemon scent that leaves your skin feeling soft and refreshing. All of my customers love the smell and the results they get from using Tiffany Body Beauty! By the way… I am just stating what my customers say to me lol. A true story, a close friend said to me, every time she uses my product, she screams out that’s that tiff! and every time her husband says to her what do you have on your skin that smells so good? My friend replies
” THAT’S THAT TIFF” lol I love it some much that I’ve adopted her slogan as my hashtag of Tiffany Body Beauty lol.
Tiffany Body Beauty is also known for how affordable it is. I want it affordable because I want you to try Tiffany Body Beauty and try it again, not run away from it because the cost is too high! no silly rabbit tricks are for kids! There are no tricks here only truth in Tiffany Body Beauty.
What I am proud of??? I am proud of so many things. The fact that I have been giving the opportunity to be featured by Voyage Houston Magazine!!… Um Thank You! The fact that I started a business and so many things have been birth based on an idea is simply mind-blowing. I love God and I love to laugh!!! What sets me apart is my ability to make people laugh. Laughter is good for the soul, and it relieves stress. I learn that laughter can also be a door opener in finding the reason why they “needed that laugh” I have ministered to hurt people who are some of my customers after stating “I needed that laugh” Being able to help them heal after laughter is a great feeling.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
I can’t narrow it down to one. Every moment has made me proud.
