Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Rae.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I have many businesses under my belt! I started Haute Fashion Boutique, LLC in 2014 and successfully retired it in 2018. I created Styled by Tiffany Rae and styled celebrities, artists, and models. My styling has been seen on the cover of magazines, local movies, music videos, and NYFW. I’ve also hosted my own Fashion Show here in Houston amongst other creatives #rawhouston. I’ve been featured in several local magazines. I received #4040influential award. I’m the owner of @tearsofjoyservices which is a non-profit, I’m the owner of @fashionhistorymarket which is a marketplace for fashion. I had my first successful brunch November 2018 and I’m having my first city-wide event named The Goal Digger Series which is an empowering event and the first stop is March 30th in Houston. I’ve successfully mentored other women with their businesses as well.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Yes, I definitely faced challenges! Challenges such as low motivation and being overwhelmed. I had trouble balancing my career and my personal life as well. But with prayer and the help of my family and friends, I overcame those obstacles!

Tiffany Rae Consultants is a company that provides mentorship to small business owners, along with men and women around the world. Our goal is to push people to their highest potential and help them achieve their goals. What sets my company apart is that our company doesn’t just limit the empowerment to women, we include men too. What I’m most proud of as a company is actually seeing lives being touched through the motivation and empowerment!
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over again, I would say I would’ve put God first at the very beginning and understood that it was never “my plan” but it is God’s plan.
