Thanks for sharing your story with us, Tracy. So, let’s start at the beginning, and we can move on from there.
My Mother’s deep appreciation for art and architecture strongly influenced me at a young age. I love traveling the world with my family, experiencing new cultures and everything that came with it. I enjoyed soaking in the must-see landmarks like the Pyramids or Great Wall of China, or Chrysler Building and found myself looking past them, so I could see the neighborhoods. Seeing how people really lived and how they picked the places they lived fascinates me to the day. In my college years, I came to the realization that there is an entire industry that connects people with homes. I knew that’s what I was meant to do. From that moment forward, I worked my way up the ladder from a real estate agent to real estate Broker. Becoming a Broker and starting my own company before turning 30 is a huge achievement and very rare in this industry. I am so proud to work every day doing what I love in such a fabulous place. Houston has it all, and I love helping Clients buy and sell homes in this incredible city.

I know the single best way to win a bidding war, and this advantage inspires Clients to hire me. To this day, I still have never lost a bidding war, and while I won’t reveal my approach, I will say this, it has nothing to do the amount of money on the offer. Not what you were expecting, right?
I pride myself on efficient communication, being readily available, and being transparent with my Clients. My Clients are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, and I don’t take that lightly. I treat it as seriously as if it were my money on the line. Regardless of price, all my Clients receive First-Class service.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
