Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Without the test there is no testimony. Struggling with an addiction to food for over 20 years, watching her parents divorce after 24 years of a perfect marriage, and almost losing her business after four years in, I’d say I’ve had my share of struggles. I always tell women to follow there heart and do what they are CALLED to do deep down. Dreams really do come true with hard work and dedication anything is possible.
So much of the media coverage is focused on the challenges facing women today, but what about the opportunities? Do you feel there are any opportunities that women are particularly well-positioned for?
Absolutely, women are able to overcome so much adversity and be the sole provider of their families. Women are a multi-faceted with their believes their heritage their skin color their lips their faith their struggles their successes and their lives. I love how women have progressed through the years and wish more women would stand up and be who they were meant to be!
