Today we’d like to introduce you to Vinuthna Garidipuri.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I got into photography when I was ten years old on a family vacation to Alaska. My parents gave me the freedom and responsibility to use the camera and document the trip. I slowly fell in love with photographing landscapes, nature, and began to delve into portrait photography. I began to create my brand as a fashion photographer when I photographed Milan and Paris fashion week in 2018 while I was studying in Italy. I was picked up by brands such as Alberta Ferretti and Balmain.
After my incredible experience with two out of the four major fashion weeks in the world, I wanted to apply the vision that I curated with my experiences with fashion and photojournalism to wedding photography. I am now a candid wedding photographer that documents moments and creates fashion and fine art portraits.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
People didn’t really take me seriously because I’m was and still am, young and female in an industry dominated by older men. It took me some time to show them that I could deliver what they want with the style and vision I have for their wedding. As people realized what I am capable of, I quickly built my brand. I was featured in Vogue India this year and my candid wedding photography was featured on a destination wedding spread. This was a major milestone in my career because I was able to prove to myself that age doesn’t matter when you want to put your heart and soul into your passion.
Now, the road ahead has new adventures and challenges and the expectations are higher every single day. But this is .what makes it an interesting journey as I evolve and continue to perfect my style.

I am a candid wedding and fine art portrait photographer. I specialize in South Asian weddings and with myself being Indian, I have an extra special connection to my work. I travel all around the world to photograph weddings and destination weddings for clients that would like me to document their special day. As a company, I am most proud of what I have been able to achieve as a 20-year-old. I am excited to see where in the world we will be traveling to next to create, document, and inspire people around us! The main aspect that sets my photography from others is my specific vision and attention to candid moments that tend to be unseen by many. I am an observer and love people watching. The root of my work is inspired by emotions and storytelling that is valued by individuals with good taste.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
The plans for the future are to continue to develop my art and spread love through my photography. I am my happiest when I am able to document priceless moments that happen within split seconds. I will continue to evolve my craft and scope of work, and always push boundaries to see what’s next!
