My journey as a business owner began in 2020, though my passion for cleaning has been with me since childhood. Growing up, cleaning wasn’t just a chore — it was a way of playing. I’ve always had an eye for detail, and as I got older, cleaning became a hobby that I truly enjoyed. I realized that my personal obsession with cleanliness could translate into a business that offers the kind of service I would want for myself: thorough, detailed, and done with care.
That’s how “The Cleaning Company Htx LLC” was born! I launched the business with a focus on residential cleaning in Katy, TX, where every job was approached with precision and a personal touch. In 2022, I landed my first Airbnb cleaning contract, which took the business to new heights. This milestone allowed us to expand our service area to West Houston, and now, I’m proud to say we cover the entire Houston area and beyond.
My team and I are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services, where attention to detail is the key to our success. We bring a personal touch to every home we clean, ensuring our clients are always satisfied.
Earlier this year, I took another exciting step by joining a BNI chapter. Through BNI, I’ve had the chance to connect with amazing local business owners, forming relationships that have been both personally and professionally rewarding. I’m proud to now serve as the Vice President of the BNI Energy Corridor Latino chapter, where I continue to grow alongside a supportive and dynamic community.

It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. In the beginning, one of the biggest challenges was getting clients and building trust in a crowded market. It took a lot of persistence and learning to put myself out there, but slowly, through word of mouth and referrals, things started to pick up.
Another challenge was finding the right team members who share my values and attention to detail. I learned that not everyone has the same standard of care when it comes to cleaning, so it took time to build a team that understands the level of quality and dedication I expect. It’s not just about getting the job done; it’s about caring for the client’s space as if it were our own.
Along the way, I’ve realized how important it is to stay flexible and open to change. As the business grew, we had to adapt and improve without losing the personal touch that makes us stand out. It wasn’t always easy, but the challenges taught me how to be a better leader and how to truly listen to both my clients and my team.
