Today we’d like to introduce you to Yuri Martinez.
Yuri, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I didn’t always want to have my own business, I went through many stages as a child, from wanting to be a skater to a rock star to an athlete and many other things. I am happy I went through those stages due to the fact that after I became more self-aware of what was for me and what wasn’t. By the time I was in 11th grade, I decided I didn’t to be part of the senior class that left high school completely lost. I first tried a company named Herbalife for a while which I feel helped me realize the entrepreneurial attributes I had. About a year later, I decided to quit because I was never one to follow someone else’s plan. I’d rather create a company of my own. My parents had their own company as I was growing up which fell apart later on in time for its own reasons, I remember as I left Herbalife I thought to myself “why not continue what they had but better”. That’s how Gagarin Promotions came to be about.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I don’t think anything that is worth it has a smooth road. Yes for me I’ve had my mistakes, headaches and issues along the way, but that is part of the learning process. Especially early on in my company, there were many mistakes but it served as good teachings to me up until this day.

At Gagarin Promotions we provide any products promotional. Things such as Embroidered clothing, Screen printed clothing, Cups, Pens, Note pads, Business cards, anything to help brand your company more professionally. Aside from that we also offer artwork for logos and things of that nature, we can create DST files, EMB files and Vector files for your usage, What makes us different is the quality we provide along with the prices we charge. Everyone in this type of business tend to overcharge their clients while we charge less and give you better quality.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Determination. For the people who truly know me, know that once I really got my mindset on doing something, I will not stop until I get to where I need to be, no matter how hard things may get or no matter how many times I fall, I will get up. My goal is already set and theres nothing stopping me.
