Today we’d like to introduce you to Zamir Rezai.
Zamir, Please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
We open our restaurant in 2015. As a new business owner we are still struggling to put our name out and tell everyone what we have. The elegantly appointed dining area with high ceilings is the perfect place to begin your meal with delicious Afghan appetizers, some made with pastry dough and others prepared as dumplings. Chopan’s appetizers are often served with homemade yogurt and accompanied with a slightly spicy chutney sauce. Their appetizers and traditional soups and salads are the perfect prelude to dinner.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it is very stress-full. This is our first business and for the location where we located and the huge place we have. It has been hard to keep up with the business, but we are looking forward everyday to make it better.
Chopan Kabob House – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We are serving Afghani food and as i have learned from my customers reviews we are one of the best Parisian, Afghani, or Mediterranean food in town. Everything we serve is HALLA.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment in my career so far is when i go online and see the 4.5+ stars and good reviews about us.
