Today we’d like to introduce you to Allie Atkins.
Hi Allie, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
We’ll I started modeling because everyone around me was always suggesting I would be good at it. I tried it for a birthday shoot and it went really well on my social media so ever since then, I have been modeling. My goal was to show people that no matter who you are how tall you are what shape and size you can do anything you put your mind to as long as you have that drive and determination. Modeling has opened so many opportunities for me it’s really my passion.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Obstacles and challenges I have faced is first my height I am not 5’9 so when it comes to the fashion industry sometimes it’s hard to get gigs because they do want you to be taller and more on the slender side. But I overcome then by just keep focusing on my craft and the people who can see my potential and talent those are the people I want to book with anyways.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a fashion model. I specialize in swimwear and lingerie. I am a traveling model as well. On my Instagram is where I post most of my work have so much more in store. I love being a creative it’s so amazing to know your inspiring and uplifting people out there just by the art your creating.
Any big plans?
My plan for the future is to make this a huge source of my income whether by an agency or Instagram. I want to keep protecting my craft so I can be one of the best models/influencers. Also, to become a traveling model and to become published in 2022 can’t wait to see what’s ahead of me. I do have a big changed plan I will be opening a skincare line up next year as well all-natural!
