Anne-Marie Salih is a realtor® based in Montgomery, Texas, who has been in the industry for over five years. Her journey to becoming a real estate agent is an inspiring one, filled with obstacles and challenges that she overcame with hard work and determination.
Anne-Marie was born and raised in Montpellier, France, and in her twenties, worked as an au pair in London to improve her English language skills. During her time in London, she met her first husband and started a family. However, after several years Anne-Marie moved back to Montpellier as a single mum with her two young daughters. Despite finding an enjoyable job very quickly, she faced significant financial struggles with little support bringing up her children.
During this time, Anne-Marie discovered her passion for organizing travel, relocations, and finding the right property for people relocating with her company. This passion, combined with her love for helping people, inspired her to become a realtor®, so she could use her expertise and skills to help other people find their dream homes, just as she had found a fulfilling career.
Anne-Marie moved to Houston, Texas, with her soulmate and began her career as a realtor® when they later moved to Pennsylvania. When they moved back to Houston, she joined Keller Williams, where she found a great team who are supportive and instill the confidence to succeed in the industry. Anne-Marie’s story is a testament to the power of perseverance and never giving up on your dreams. She encourages everyone to believe in themselves, work hard, and be patient as they pursue their passion.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
She faced significant financial struggles with little support bringing up her children as a. single mum for more than 10 years until I found my soulmate who change my life and my children’s life.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a realtor with Keller Williams, representing buyers and sellers with integrity and professionalism.
I have more than 10 years experience in relocation in Europe, Pennsylvania, and now in Texas.
I am fluent in French and Spanish.
I chose real estate as a career because I love to find the perfect home for my clients. Everyone has their own needs, and I want to make sure that they get the chance to see as many good homes as possible.
What are your plans for the future?
I have decided to travel as much as possible to explore Europe and the US. I am always excited to discover new cultures, try new foods, and see some of the world’s most iconic landmarks.
For the first two weeks of my trip this year, I plan to visit my hometown, Montpellier in the South of France. I am looking forward to reconnecting with old friends, revisiting my favorite spots, and experiencing the city from a new perspective after being away for some time.
Then, I cannot wait to go back to Spain, Italy, Portugal, where I will take photos, buy souvenirs and enjoy local food and wine.
In the US, I cannot wait to go and see the beauty of the National Parks as I am a nature lover.
