Hi Chant’e, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?

Last year 2023 after been granted a 2-year contract for my TV series called “Woman In The Boardroom ™️” with Spectrum. I decided to take a full month off productions, spend quality time with family and focus on what will be my next move?

After attending a real estate model home social networking event. I met a sales consultant who asked me, “Was I a real estate agent?” I was in awe because around that time several was asking and implying that I was in the industry.

From that point I knew it was time for me to set out some goals towards the real estate industry. At that time, I truly didn’t know what that look like. So, I began to PRAY and seek God’s wisdom on how to pivot into such.

After being 20 years in administrative marketing, media and television productions all I knew was lights, camera and action as my passion and pursuit. However, I knew there was another facet to me.

I decided to investigate the opportunity that I heard was available from the sales consultant. She basically told me I didn’t need a real estate license to become a professional in the builder’s field. I was relieved truly never wanting or having the time to study for my license.

So, at the end of July 2023, I decided to apply and got hired as a marketing mgr/ sales professional for a builder.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

Transitioning into this career-oriented job was an easy process for me because I took time to prepare myself for my next. My family supported what season I was entering in. Rolling over into a W2 employee was a process for me. Mainly the challenge was learning how to understand how high-ticket sales worked, working long hours/days and being in a structured environment as a teammate with others was something I had to learn.

Coming from the media skillsets automatically kicked in as I began to take this journey and go through the process.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?

I am a Marketing Mgr./ Sales Professional a new construction builder. I market and sell new construction homes directly for the builder. In a nutshell I am their agent who represent them and their product.

In most cases people tend to look at me as a superstar, public figure, and online influencer. In this journey I’m looking at myself as one who have manifested and opportunity to acquire generational wealth for my children’s children’s children and being able to see the fruits of my labor while I thrive daily in the earth.

What I do in this field is show up, remain consistent to the process, and grow into this business, brand phenomenon I knew I was always destined to become….but SALES was never my understanding.

“I AM A NATURAL BORN SALESMAN IN A WOMAN’S BODY”! I will sell anybody out of a house into a home for whatever reason their looking to buy. I’m a Proverbs 31 modern day lady at it too.

What sets me apart is the way I create an experience, how I market and sell homes in these commercial /social platforms. I utilize every tool and resource to acquire the sell. Not only do I SELL but I CLOSE and FUND as well.

Not only that how I give the buyer a custom experience as they tour the homes, using my mastermind skillsets to network and building healthy relationships with realtors throughout HOUSTON!

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?

Yes, this June 2024 after being consistent with the systems and process. I sold 6 homes in one day! All by myself to two brokers and their clients; managed to get all the contracts signed and earnest money in, all in a 12-hour work shift and (night as well) lol. Hitting somewhere 2.5 million dollars in 2 transactions.

Over the last year, I did several exploits selling for the builder such as: Selling two homes the same day at least 4 times; closing two homes the same day, selling on holiday eves, closing on leap year day, and closing the exclusive floorplans in one of our most popular communities….CYPRESS!

But the MOST exciting was selling 6 homes in a day!!! Whoop whoop….It was record breaking in general…not in one week, one month or year but ONE DAY! GOD IS SO GOOD!!! Because it wasn’t something I didn’t see coming but when it did arrive, I was ready and equipped; just let me know that I’m being just getting started and will obtain MORE.

My goal in this short period of time as “ClosingWithChant’e ” is to continue to set the bar high and raise my standards.

Special thanks to my circle of marketplace counsel, division president who trained and pushed me like a baby in a stroller, my builder for supporting my marketing campaigns, my closing coordinator who maintained my files to get me paid and productions team who make sure our product is good so I can sell those babies AND MOST IMPORTANTLY my main guys my Husband and sons who encompasses me as I share their attributes with the world to serve! My baby girl who has been my cheerleader.

And first and foremost, to my GOD who is the Aurthor and Finisher of my FAITH! Jesus that is…..for giving me the POWER TO PRODUCE WEALTH.
