Damarcus, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Well, my name is Damarcus Johnson, known as Chef Dae. I started cooking well by watching my grandmothers in the kitchen day & night, but when I lost one of them, I knew cooking was my calling as soon as I graduated high school. Evan E worthing I took it straight to the Art Institute of Houston, where I got a diploma in culinary arts. From there, I chased my dream of becoming a known Houston celebrity chef. I got the chance to cook for the slim thug, Sauce Walk, Jeff Shelly, and many more. As I continue my amazing path of cooking, I would like the world to grow with me.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Cooking has never been an easy road for me due to life battles with ADHD & being a full-time father. You always run into problems

Cooking is what I will always be known for; just to see how far I came from starting the trend of Henny wings and red velvet waffles now is crazy
