Rising Stars: Meet Ihyanna Messado

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ihyanna Messado.

Hi Ihyanna, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started as a real estate agent four years ago while I was in the IT field. The reason for my change in career was based on getting the best deal for the home I wanted to purchase. I felt the need to be involved every step of the way of the home during the buying process and I knew I could achieve that by becoming a licensed realtor. To my surprise, I thoroughly enjoyed being an agent to the point I needed to help everyone around me own a piece of America. Four years later here I am today still doing what I love and helping others along the way.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
For the most part, it has been a smooth road. I wouldn’t call any aspect of being a realtor a struggle, however, no two transactions are the same, which is great because you’re always learning something new.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As a Realtor with GraMer Group Real Estate Services, we are known for integrity, dependability, and knowledge. As your professional Realtor, it is my duty to ensure your best interest is first and foremost. I specialize in residential and commercial purchases. What sets me apart from my peers is the ability to effectively and efficiently get my clients from point A to point Z by planning, preparing, and executing. This means we stay on task, we have a high level of communication and we find a solution for any problem that may occur.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I love best about Houston, TX are the people they’re wonderful and easy to talk to. What I like least about Houston is the size of it. You can drive an hour and still be in Houston.
