I remember when I first started detailing, the excitement, anticipation, the fear in it not working, but even more the fear of not following my heart. I took 2 buckets from my shed Mr. Russell my mentor gave me some left over soup apron and old towels!!! And I went to it!!!! OG Hank was my first real customer!!!!! I never looked back…. people would ask me you wash cars for a living and smirk!!!! They never saw the bigger picture… to me I was taking my fate and putting it in my own hands! Most people that know me KNOW!! I don’t care what people think about what I do because I myself love what I do!!!
Now 11 years later God has allowed me to continue in my Passion, my calling!!!!
It’s all God not me and I give him all the Glory for 11 years of Shining Houston!!!! Thank You God for Allowing me to support my Family with a gift you blessed me with!!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
They are always challenges when starting a business from fear of not having a consistent customer base or being able to take care and support your family on just a business alone.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
There are a lot of detailers all over the world, but I do it my way I’m known for changing my tennis shoes before I start every job in a sense of “when I change shoes you can’t lose” I am my brand from my clothes to my shoes to my socks. I do it like me from phrases as “ once you wax that you don’t backtrack” to not a damn stain on it, from the time I arrive to each customer’s house your wax that experience will be like no other.
What does success mean to you?
success is doing what you love &when people trust your name enough to pay you!
