Today we’d like to introduce you to Juicy Mf Juice.
Hi Juicy, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started off as a hype girl who fell in love with the techniques of writing and performing. I started doing showcases and rap competitions to build on my stage performance, and people fell in love with me. In the last five years, I’ve delivered high-quality videos, photoshoots, and music production through patience, resilience, and persistence. I studied the business side more than any other aspect of the industry because I knew that receiving a great deal, would be vital to my career. I’m not really big on social media, so it’s been a struggle for me to build an online fanbase and streaming support.
I’ve worked with multiple people with hopes of finding the right management, however, I found that at this point in my career, I am my best option for management. I carry myself in a professional manner, and I lead with respect. I am aggressive when I need to be, and I am loyal to those who have decided to support me on this journey. I love modeling, acting, and designing my own costumes. I am not a huge fan of interviews, however, I am aware that this is what it takes to bring awareness to my brand and image.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The struggles that I’ve come to face have been with DJS and Promoters. Midway, I decided to make sexually explicit content, which lead me to overexpose my body and perform in the strip club. Promoters began to invite me out, with the intent to make a move on me. I began to get more views on videos of me dancing or twerking, rather than actual support for my music. DJS either tried or blatantly asked to touch on me in exchange for playing my music. It was a complete turn-off. I’ve always wanted to perform like Janet Jackson, Rihanna, and of course Beyoncé. Sexually explicit, yet cool with Star power. It was never my intention to misdirect or misguide my growing fanbase.
I believe this lead people to get the wrong perception of me.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I currently work as a representative for Premium Wireless and as a waitress at The Juicy Crab and En Vain, all located on the north side of Houston. I specialize in customer service no matter where I am and no matter what I’m doing. I am most proud of my work ethic.
The one thing I feel that sets me apart from others is the ability to maintain three jobs, remain a top performer in all areas, be a mother of four, be an abstract visual artist, and chase my dreams as an International Mega Star!
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Professionalism, creativity, appearance, imagination, and confidence.
